Each spring, as the monotones of winter fade from our gardens, layers of colour slowly appear, to transform the view from our windows. Just as an artist layers up his canvas, our gardens are dabbed with nature’s paintbrush.
Artists have been inspired by gardens...forever!
Think of Claude Monet and his garden at Giverny...and gardeners, no doubt have been inspired by great works of art...both artisans creating unique scenes be they orderly or random, with quite, quite different mediums.
This season’s canvas for Chocolat begins with The Garden before Sunrise.
